Hope you will not mind me giving this you feed back. I thought it might help you help others. Your exercises are the best I have every experienced.
Last night I had a lot of pain, lots of tossing and making pillow adjustments. So this morning I had to do several exercises which enable me to walk with out pain. I was surprised I I felt so good. After breakfast I did a few more stretches.
By 11am I became stressed out over a problem with new medication I had to give Bentley. I jumped in my car and drove to North Beach Pharmacy where the problem was solved by a wonderful pharmacist.
By now my body is so tight again and pain is gradually starting. As usual I don’t stop , I just wrapped my knee with ace bandage. Then proceed to continue to do my duties. ( short for women’s stuff).
Finally at 9:30pm I start exercising process again. Slowly taking my time and breathing deeply.
