By using a Holistic approach for Health and Wellbeing these specialized programs are based on individual needs, interest and aspirations. The programs are designed to improve Posture, Balance, Strength, Flexibility & Pain Free mobility, using gentle corrective exercises to realign the eight major load joints, re- creating muscular balance. Restoring alignment & balance allows the body to naturally regenerate and heal itself while improving overall health. Programs are available locally in person or globally with internet based options.
